SVC Host problem maybe?

I recently had a computer infection that compromised, and resulted in the hijacking of personal items in a MMO (v sad 350 million in wealth lost)

and I got some new software to prevent it from happening again, and I'm still trying to figure out if the infectious material has been removed from my PC.

This is the list of firewall things that I have in question, if someone could point out which one could be the problem and/or provide a solution, I'd much appreciate it.

Also, would it be more viable to just reinstall my OS? (free win 10 home upgrade ftw)
