Droid MAXX Screen Replacement/Fixing?

Today I cracked my Droid MAXX XT1080M screen. I want to get a new screen and fix it myself. This will be a first time fixing a phone screen. Where can I get the screen from, tools and what is the best glue to use? I don't want to spend much. Also how would I apply the glue?
