Diablo and Windows

alright so i made an upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10 (without formatting) since then my game is laggy also my ram is a 34-35% and i use 20% ish of my cpu someone told me that i have to format to fix it any thought? also i play counter strike and everything is fine i even gained fps

just try running diablo in a compatibility settings for Windows 7... are you talking the original diablo or diablo 3 reaper of souls?
