i was away for 3 week for my desktop which is at uni , now i came back but forgot my password .

any way i can reset 

please help.

i only set the password just before leaving uni so nobody can use it and now i cant remember

if you have access to your email (Microsoft account linked) you should be able to reset it

Seriously though don't they make you use Microsoft accounts? If they do you can just reset your password through microsoft's website

i didnt sign in , its just a normal password that i set from user administrations

Works with all windows 7+.

If you are using a miscrosoft account you can reset it. If you don't... do you think it would be a good password if you could just change it?
