Hello, I consider in buying a SSD to have my OS installed there, I've seen that it's common nowadays and I'd like to do it. I currently have my OS installed on my HDD and I'd like to know how exactly I will boot the SSD first since I have the OS already installed on the HDD. If I change the boot priority on SSD at the top it would boot how I want right ? After I have the OS installed on the SSD, can I format my partition where was my old OS on the HDD. Sorry if it's not that clear, I'm not English. :)

I got the Kingston Hyperx Fury 120GB just for the OS, my question was different I don't ask you what SSD I should buy but how to configure the software part. And i read some other topics that I should unplug the HDD than I Install the OS on the SSD and after it's done I plug back the HDD. But still I currently have two partitions "C:" for the OS and "D:" for storage, so if i format the "C" drive after I installed everything on the SSD, will still this make it work ? I don't what to lose my data on the HDD.

Actually, I need a cheap SSD for my PC and was wondering which is the best for around £60...

In Denmark you can get a 250 GB Samsung EVO for about £65..

CPU Intel i7 4790K - Motherboard MSI Z97 Gaming 5 - RAM Cosair Vengeance Pro 32 GB @2400Mhz - GPU Asus ROG 980 Matrix Platnium x2 - Case Coolermaster HAF XB Evo - Storage Samsung 500GB Evo SSD x2 in RAID 0 + Seagate Barracuda 2TB 7200 x2 in RAID 0 - PSU Corsair RM1000
