@Ghost can help you. As long as it's not a a rad with high fpi you should be fine.

Depends what "noticeable" means and how you define "performance". I doubt you will notice the fans are quieter because one is missing. You won't be able to get any higher overclocks because the temp change will be too insignificant. You you will be able to notice the temp difference as that's usually on a scale of 0.1C.

Sorry I was in a rush, its a rx360mm, just wanted to make sure it'l be fine with the temps, ( i'm cooling a 3770k, and two 7970's using a modified 800D (240 Rad in the bottom)

to make the look, push or pull will be fine on that build. only thing would be a deal

breaker would be if trying to run the fans @ 5volts.
