Question about HP 27Xi

I want to buy a 1080 or 1440 monitor for proffesional use, i need an IPS panel with a glossy, yes glossy, panel, for the most accurate color reproduction a monitor for a good price can do.

 

Does anyone know if the HP 27Xi with LED backlighting and IPS, etc is a good monitor ?

Or does anyone know good IPS glossy panels for under 320$USD, i tried looking at korean monitors, but they are bit too risky coz if that screen doesnt work correctly i dont have the money for a replacement, and good luck getting it shipped back in time for RMA.

 

Glossy is important, i know it many ppl dislike it, but i want it, it makes the colors a whole lot better.
