Hey Dudes,

So another friend wants to build a gaming PC. As I said last time, I've been out of the loop hardware wise (apart from GPUs :P), so I can't really help RAM CPU and Mobo-wise.

The uses are: Gaming (highest settings and FPS possible at 1080p)

Light Video editing (nothing serious, just YouTube videos)

                       And recording gameplay.

Budget it 1200 pounds sterling and that includes monitor and mouse and keyboard (doesn't have to be mechanical), SSD please and windows 8. Future upgrades planned probably another GPU) and probably only light overclocking (i'll probably do this for him).

That's all folks and thanks :)

*edit* If you want, you can go over budget by around 20 or something and it won't matter :P

Feel free to message me if you want to chat!

Seems good. I had to change the power supply for one that could support SLI though. Thanks :D

Your welcome  :) It's also helped me break up the tutorials i'm watching for crusader kings 2 (31/2 hours in)

o.0 wow

It's complicated. Right now i'm learning about dynasty succession, educating successors, and long wars and how it affects you politically.
