hey,

I got today my nzxt phantom 820

and I don't understand how to remove the top panel

I removed already the front one, but I can't figure how to remove the top(I want to remove it because I want to add a fan)

Take a hammer, and hit it 4 times at the top right corner and 2.5 times at the bottom left corner. It should pop right off.

Jokes aside, look in the manual or YouTube it.

I read the manual and they say that after I remove the front panel I remove the top one by lifting up in the center area revealed after removing the front panel

but It's don't work(I feel that I will use strength it will break)

And I can't find a video on youtube that they remove the top panel

A lot of things require strength. Ask your parents to try it so you can blame it on them if it breaks(I do that a lot).
