Problems with OBS install

So, I try to install obs and it states that it is "missing runtime components the OBS multi platform requires. ..." Then I go and download them @ https://goo.gl/bT2wDM and install them and whatnot . Still shows error message.

Run the installer as administrator.

Try download a diffrent version of OBS. Idk if this is possible.

No luck. I think it might be the "runtime components" I tried running the original version, still didn't work.

It worked when I installed the x86 version.
