need help with amd dual graphics

so currently im using amd dual graphics and i have it all setup for the most part but im unsure weather to use the display outputs on my mother board or graphics card or does it even matter? it isnt urgent but help would be much appreciated   

 

im  using a a10 7700 k 

and r7 250

Someone will correct me if I am wrong, but I think you connect up to the GPU and not the motherboard

thats what im currently using and have been since christmas and that what i think is right so ill just keep until i hear otherwise

yes it depends on the apu and card, but you got it right, and I think from the documentation its which ever is more powerful, but thats all I can guess about why the have some plug into the mb and others into the gpu.
