PCI Latency Timer HELP :)

Hey, i've read a lot on google / forums about PCI Latency Timer, i've set it to 128 / 64 / maxed out . 
Tried few games like: CS:GO ,  Crysis 3 , Skyrim and I have seen no improvements .

 

What is PCI Latency Timer and what i should set it to ?!

You should just put it at the lowest setting possible for lowest latency. It controls how long each PCI device can hold the PCI bus before another takes over. There's no point in setting it higher unless you are getting some kind of rare error/bsod. More info: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conventional_PCI#PCI_bus_latency
