AMD Overclocking Help

CPU: FX-8350

Mobo: Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3

 

I've been using easytune to overclock my cpu. I have it set on "Extreme" to get 4.5 gHz. However, when running cinebench, this is what Open Hardware Monitor reads

I noticed that some cores are running at 4119MHz instead of the rest being 4320. It also changes cores randomly.

I have no clue why most of the cores are running at 4320 when they should be at 4521 due to cinebench running 100% CPU. 

I have no past experience with overclocking and have no clue what I'm doing. Any and all help will be appreciated.
