Good case fans?

Can you guys tell me some good 10-15 dollars case fans with 4 pin connection to motherboard. Some good fans that don't make jet engine sound, so something pretty silent :)

Noctua's NF-F12s are great performers! (speaking from personal experience)

I'm not quite sure about whether or not the LTT edition ones are still in stock, but if not, they're still great nonetheless.

I'd say that it's worth spending the extra 10 bucks.

I'd say they are too!

But when someone gives a specific price bracket I think that implies thats all they can spare

What kind of dollars are you using and where is the fan being used?
