Just booted up my Kali Live USB for my computer by restarting it and booting kali instead of windows, when i go on i go to network settings and there is no option for a wireless connection, only wired. However i'm using a USB wireless adapter to use the internet rather than an inbuilt connection card and usually when it is on it shows a blue light and there isn't a light on at all which would suggest KALI isn't accepting my wireless usb.

As stated before i'm NOT using virtualbox or anything of the likes and all solutions on the KALI forus are for VB users.

any ideas on the fix or what the problem is, and how could i install the drivers for my usb if they are needed.

thanks for the help in advance
