anyone else having problem with Razer Ouroboros mouse?

It's weird problem?

When this mouse goes to sleep it changes x or y axis speed to slowest possible. Most of the time it's x axis that is slow and I have to vigorously move my mouse and change dbi to ¨wake up¨ that x axis to start working in that dbi I have putted it in setup.

I have this problem, all I did was change the DPI using the button up and down and it should be back to normal  just in a few sec

It's a common problem, there's also the stuttering problem when you change DPI
