Lines through my screen

I have a 7950 @ factory everything and I get horizontal linus thought my games, video everything. Happen on my main monitor side monitor and even my TV 
this happened on my old system too it doesn't happen all the time but it bugs me that it does is there anything that I can do to fix this?
