Hi I got water cooling to keep my pc cooler but I feel the need for speed so how do I over clock my specs are in my sig

Slight problem I set my pc to use fastboot in the bios and I can't access the bios help please

reset your cmos

also worth mentioning, i got 4.5ghz at 1.3v 1.9vrin on my 4690k

Cpu: i5 4690k @ 4.3ghz

Gpu: Asus GTX 970 Strix 

Ram: G.Skill Ripjaws 16GB

Mobo: Gigabyte Z97X Gaming 5

Psu: EVGA Supernova 750W G2

Case: NZXT Noctis 450
