Randon programs being installed

For some reason when I leave my laptop for like 5 minutes random programs download to my desktop and open and wont close forcing me to power off which is very frustrating.

Anyone know why and how to fix it

Sounds like malware, the only way to fix it is to run an antivirus / malware scan. Download and install malwarebytes, run a scan and see whats up

Don't play with that stuff, if it's a kernel mode trojan or something you need to format and reinstall. Malware is like cockroaches, if there's one, there are likely more.

Format your HDD as soon as possible, don't take any files with you.
