Anything like Region X (infinite drive region changes) for external DVD drive?

Greetings,

Only one of my DVDs is region-locked, and sadly, it happens to be the box set of the original Star Wars trilogy- notably, the untouched theatrical release editions of all three on the bonus discs.

Earlier, I had been able to use a program like Region X on my former computer (a 2009 Macbook Pro) and had been able to trick the DVD encryption. However, I do not know if it will work this way with the external USB CD/DVD drive I've been using since the internal drive failed.

I'm looking for a program that functions similarly. Any suggestions would be most appreciated.

Hit Google and see if there's an RPC2 firmware patch for the drive.
