Have you installed ethernet drivers for you motherboard?

Using the computer with no access to the Internet. ;)

 

OP, there's a CD that came with the motherboard. Install the drivers form there. After the reboots, go to that link and update all your drivers. Drives only, not BIOS and dealer's choice on the additional software.
