OSX disc restore

Ok so i wanted to install windows 10 on my mac and when i did i selected the parition and it wouldn't let me because of the GDT or something and then i went into disc utility and tried to restore it to a single volume and try re installing windows again but i cant restore my mac's internal drive to a single volume i need help
