G35 Logitech not working properly - NEW setup

Ike2070

Hi guys! So I just got my new built desktop computer and I don't know why my headphones doesn't seem to work. I already set them as default device but they just don't sound. Sometimes they do work by using the windows repair tool, but when this happens and I run a game through steam, they don't seem to work in game.

The headphone drivers are up to date. Not sure if my monitor has something to do, its an ASUS V239H with no speakers (as far as I know) but this is set as default device every time windows 10 boots.

Help is very much appreciated.

P.S: they work in my laptop pretty well, so its not an RMA issue.

Try plugging in the headset into your case or a usb 3.0

When I said the MOBO I meant a USB 3.0 port.

Have you restarted since

Yes I did. The windows repair tool asked me several times, but it didn't solve anything.

I got an R9 390, not sure if crimson drivers are messing with the sound (using HDMI cable for the monitor).
