GTA V Map Pixelation

Is this normal in GTA V? It doesnt go away.

 

 

 

 

My specs are listed on my signature.

 

That's not normal, to fix it you would probably have to reinstall the game/verify data integrity via Steam.

The game is newly installed just today. I downloaded it for the whole week. >.< Ok i'll try to verify data.
