KERNELBASE.dll Preventing me from opening apps

Hi all.

 

I went to launch my email client, IncrediMail, to get a Windows XP-like error.

I have tried running SFC /scannow, I have tried clean booting, I have reinstalled the email client and I have reinstalled Flash.
 
Please help, I can't check my emails without IncrediMail.

At last, I have solved it!

 

It turned out that a new update for Internet Explorer had broken it! Just uninstall the update KB3132372 and it will work!
