Install a program downloaded by MSI Live Update?

nvrm, Just figured out they just appear again randomly

Bit of a small and dumb question. I downloaded a few utilities using MSI Live Update instead of pressing "Total installer" and I don't know how to install it myself. How am I supposed to install them? There's no button to install downloaded utilities :P
