Customizing Chrome UI size?

I'm using the 150% DPI scaling in Windows, and it makes Chrome act all wonky. Everything's blurry and the taskbar is always on top of fullscreen flash videos, etc.

Fixed most of the problems by disabling scaling in the program compatibility options, but now the address bar, menus and tabs are super small (hi-res screen). Are there any add-ons or customization options that lets me enlarge these UI elements? Would really appreciate any tips.
