Hello. Question about two keyboards connected 1 computer

Hello I'm getting in to Microsoft flight simulator X. I would like to use another keyboard for the over head panel. but I don't what to use my main keyboard because I use that for normal use. Is there a program that I can map keys and allow two keyboards.

No...otherwise, you'd be mapping the same keys on both keyboards, since both are seen as the "same" device, they're both keyboards.
