So heres a little tale

I buy parts for a PC. Those parts work fine. Until a motherboard shows up that decides to not work.

That motherboard gets replaced.

Once the replacement has taken place, the system then dies. It no longer POSTs past BIOS.

After every 5 shutdowns or so it would display and run through to Windows.

The system was stripped. Down to the barebones.

It was then rebuilt. Cleaner and safer.

The system then rises up every time it is asked. It survives the powering up phase.

However, once told to restart for updates to process, the system lays dormant.

Only then we have to put it down and restart.

Help.

Tested it against an AX860i. Same results with the modular AX860i cables.

Oh so you had another power supply to use? Check the power states in the bios?

it says in the bios... it will say something like 12v and you should be able to see the voltage on it..

BIOS Driver and BIOS itself is not updating through MSI Live Update.

Theres no official driver on MSI's website for the board. Theres not even any on any external websites. The only board i can find is the H81M-P33 but i have the H81-P33

Tried M-Flashing and just tells us that theres no valid BIOS on that USB. Live Update wont install either neither.

I click download only on it and try to just save the file and the file does not save nor appear anywhere. So i dont know what to do. I feel like my motherboard is fighting with the CPU because of it having old firmware that doesnt support the G3258, or theres something else causing it to not fully reboot/work.
