Help with Wacom tablet

When I switch to mouse mode in settings, I lose pressure sensitivity. It still show pressure sensitivity in "Current Pressure" in "Pen" tab. Annoying, but not as annoying as the cursor jumping around in pen mode. I really just want the cursor to pick up I left off no matter where I am on the tablet and still have pressure sensitive brush in Photoshop.  Does it just not work or am I missing something?post-115382-0-48447200-1451432982_thumb.
