NETWORK! STOP LAGGING!

So my streams stopped loading in 480p started buffering, so i wanted to see whats up, and i sent to my router firmware page to see

 

I checked the logs for recent changes, and an IP showed up that logged into the page, an unknown IP (I know all the IP's that regularly connect to the page)

 

I went to this IP soonafter, was linked to a webpage called "IIS Windows"

 

The lag hadnt stopped - but that could have been because my brother set my PC's priority to Printer instead of Desktop Computer, and i changed that back too.

 

I had also went to a dodgy link posted in the Gmod forums' Off Topic section that loaded nothing but gave a tab called

"The page you requested cannot be found!

www.jairajbuilders.com"

 

 

Ever since, my internet connection has been slower than a tortoise. 

 

Please help - how can i get this junk off my PC if there was any?

My connection to Speedtest.net is timing out and google searches/websites are taking about 6 times longer to load

Check for viruses. Look at browser extensions. Boot into safe mode. Etc.

Pretty difficult if im timing out and Malwarebytes wants to look for updates

cuz thats its job? lol it manages authentication.
