I bought a tube of thermal paste from Jet on the 20th and it's still yet to arrive.

Worse is that the tracking information has not updated at all past the initial departure location.

I know this is USPS' fault and not at all Jet's but wow am i very, very annoyed as i've been waiting on that thermal compound before i start this most recent build i have planned.

I have all the parts i need, i've had them since the 24th but i can't believe i'm being held back by thermal paste.

USPS Customer service seems to be nill as when i try to get a human being on the phone (for the past 3 days) the automated call service tells me that they are busy and immediately drops me.

Not really sure what to do, my goal was to have them do a search for the package so i at least know where it is.

 

EDIT: I'd like to point out again that i don't blame Jet; in fact, while i was wary at first about buying anything from what i had heard but i will be shopping with them more in the future considering my experience with them as a marketplace and with their customer service.

 

They got back to me.
