Help My PC wont boot

i have built my pc outside the case as you do to make sure everything works and when i turn the pc on it shows a blank screen and thats it what is wrong the cpu fan spins up as  normal but the gpu one doenst but i know that this is a feature of my gpu but it is warm when i feel the heat pipes on it i have pluggged in the 24 pin the cpu and gpu wires into my psu aswell what can i do to get this fixed?

AMD 6300

R9 380

550W PSU

8GB RAM (2X4GB)

Did you plug in the 8 pin CPU connectors? The 24 pin is for the motherboard not the CPU...

Did you plug in the 8 pin CPU connectors? The 24 pin is for the motherboard not the CPU...
