What does the community think?

TeeTwo

So, about 3 weeks ago, i made a post asking the community what they thought about my build on paper.

There was some slight changes, but nothing extraordinary.992_1129617037072953_2595216171604651780

It is now completed, as you can see on above picture.

Parts inside:

i7 6700K OC'd @ 4.5GHz

x2 SLI Msi GTX 970 GPU's

Asus Z170 Pro Gaming

Corsair CS850M PSU (I know, should have gone with something better.)

Noctua NH-D15 CPU cooler (Arctic Silver 5 thermal compound)

ADATA SX900 128Gb SSD

Samsung 850 EVO 250Gb SSD

16Gb (2x8) Corsair Vengeance LPX 3000MHz DDR4 RAM

And, a 2m red LED lightning strip.

So, what do y'all think?

Oh, and im horrible at cable management.

Theory is when you know everything but nothing works. Practice is when everything works but you dont know why. In this computer, theory and practice are combined: Nothing works and i dont know why.

Atleast i can manage Some things, like my current OC personal best.

You should manage those SATA power and data cables. What case is that? A 750D?

Pretty bad at it imo, might try someday.

For your cable management...

If the issue is the cable-lengths that came with your power supply, try getting a set from CableMod...

Those cutouts on that case should make it pretty straight-forward tho.

Cable management isn't just for looks, it can greatly affect airflow, so I would suggest giving it another go.

Watch how Linus does it, because he is kinda anal about it. lol. Doesn't need to look as good as his, but you should not have a mass of cables sitting out in the open like that.

Link to a video? Ill definetly check it out.

Aaaaand theres no cables compatible with the CS-series. Or will the AXi-HXi-RM cables work in it?

According to the compatibility page, the CSM850 (Which is likely the CS850M) is compatible, but you may want to contact them about it for confirmation.
