Windows 10 UI issue

Hello LTT community. I have one issue. I just upgraded to windows 10 recently and have noticed some issues with the UI not present in videos I've seen of people using Windows 10.

These bars on the top and side of the start menu http://i.imgur.com/NLoIXGN.png

Dark sides on the windows explorer menus http://i.imgur.com/1Wq9MEj.png
