GMOD Server help

so i started a gmod server hosted by my own pc and i installed the ULX mod, basically i can spawn objects in but no one else can. i tryed adding my friend into the super admin group on the ULX mod and that dint work. any ideas i googled a bit but nothing helped

My speakers dont even fit on or under my desk...PA's FTW
