Upgrade Options Help!?!?!?

Hey all, i have around $250 USD to spend I play Mostly CS:GO but also dayz and battlefield 4. 

 

Current Build:

intel i3-3225

EVGA Gtx 660 SC

8 GB pny xlr8 ram

Corsair cx430 psu

1tb wd blue hdd

 

im looking to increase fps in bf4 and dayz

 

Would you reccomend i upgrade my cpu to say an i5-3570 or should i upgrade my gpu to a gtx 960 or an r9 380x.
