So I made a thread about my Strix 970, but it looks like it's dead(the thread).

One strange thing is that the card is perfectly fine before windows reaches the "Welcome", after that the display looks like it's a stretched 8-bit 800x600. If I try changing the resolution the computer crashes( black screen with 2 lines, like those in command prompt).

It works fine until I install drivers.

I removed the old ones with DDU.

Raider 750. Powered 280X with no problems.

Edit: Code 43 for GPU.

FSP Raider Bronze are god-awful. Might be the PSU. Those are known to kill GPUs and HDDs with unstable 12V rails

HDDs aren't on 12V.

But it is more likely that it's the GPU.

The PSU had no problems powering a 280X Toxic. The GPU is new, still has warranty.

I have tried 2 driver versions- 361.43(newest) and the one from the CD that came with the card.

RMA it then
