Allow me to assume that you're talking about the pump with the AlphaCool LT/ST kit. Correct me if that's not right.

It doesn't look like you're going to be able to just swap it out for something else. Instead you'll need to replace the bay reservoir with another bay reservoir that supports the pump you want. But that should be the only thing you'd have to swap out. Everything else you should be able to keep.
