Hello so it is january sale on playstation store and there are some cool games i will buy games with voucher 12 digit code but i wonder do i need to suscribe on playstation plus to buy games with that voucher from playstation store. Or i just type the code and i buy the game

Oh yeah does buying with that voucher takes more money for game depending on region and does it take like when i buy paysafe about 0.50 euro
