i dont have a windows disk and im running windows 10

You can download windows 10 iso file from here: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=691209. You can make a bootable usb and install from it.

Forget about the in-OS installer. Get the USB tool from Microsoft website. Boot from the USB and go from there. Unplug all the other drives to make sure you get the MBR on SSD too. Since the fall upgrade, you can use the 8.1 license key during the clean 10 installation (which is why it's important to re-download the tool from the legit source).

i downloaded the tool to my usb now. do i just plug it in and boot trough bios?

No need. Windows installation always formats the partition it installs on. So it cleans it as it goes.

so i plug out my HDD so the only thing in it is my SSD. i plug in my usb and go to BIOS and Boot from usb right? then i just select SSd as installation destination and then im done?

just use marcium reflect and move your OS to your new ssd

why you need to clean install and reinsal everything again ?

also next time make an image for your OS after you finish install your os and your programs

so you keep recover from it every time you get proplems
