Embarasing question about Windows installation

Go to solution Solved by Arwanell,

backup your data

turn computer off, install SSD

attach USB/DVD with windows

start the PC, go into boot mode

format your old drive

clean install

P.S. not knowing something about software/Hardware isn't embarasing, that's what this forum is about, to help

I am getting a SSD, on which I want to install clean Windows and use my SSHD for storing stuff. But I already have Windows there so how and when do I clean it?

Is this also a good way to format a drive? I mean you dont want to install OS, you just want to format a drive. Attach Windows Installer, Format Drive then cancel install? Or there's other way for that? Thanks in advance!

@TS, pls let me ask on your thread. Hehe.
