Dac for grado rs2

Hi peeps from the Linustechtips community,

I was looking for a dac for my grado rs2 headphones it doesnt have to be a dac amp combo but i wouldnt mind. I was already looking at a creative sb e5 and audioengine d1 fiio e10k. My max is about 170 bucks, i appreciate the features of the e5 as i will be gaming but do you think it will color the sound of the rs2? And does it deliver better or similar sound quality to the d1 or an odac? (I cant find an Odac where i live so that isnt an option)
