Transfer Game Progress from PC to Console

OkI know 99.9999% of people are going to read the title and say things like "Why would you even consider this! PC is way better then console!" But hear me out.

I've been a PC gamer for sometime now and made significant progress in quite a few games (listed below). My brother is getting a PS4 for Christmas that I will use when hanging out with friends. I'd much prefer to clone or transfer game progress to the PS4 so I don't have to start the game from the beginning again. I know it's probably not possible but I figured someone may surprise me[emoji1] or know a game that works. Below is the list of games I'd like to transfer/clone my progress from.

GTA V

COD Black Ops 3

Star Wars Battlefront

Grand Theft Auto V's online profile is transferrable and I think Battlefront's online profile is too.

Anything you can sign into you should be able to transfer...

I know for sure GTA V will transfer your progress, doubt the other games will though.

Save editor? Maybe for GTA V singleplayer, but I'm pretty sure he wants his multiplayer progress since all the games OP listed are multiplayer driven, which can't be changed via a save editor since there aren't any saves to edit...

You dingdongs, he's asking about the transfer from PC to Console, NOT Console to PC. 

 

 

In which case, it's not possible for any of those games.
