1. Budget & Location
$650 USD is my budget. Can be a little over. Less than my budget would be nice too.

2. Aim
Mostly for gaming, web browsing, using microsoft office. The games that I want to play would be GTA V, COD, Battlefield, Assassins Creed, and new games that are coming out.

3. Monitors
Just 1 1080p monitor

4. Peripherals
Need a gaming keyboard and mouse

I need a list of all the things I need to play 1080p gaming and it has to be better than playing in consoles. PLEASE HELP OUT A NOOB!

If you could stretch to this you will be happier with the CPU, it will last you longer, is a damn good CPU for gaming and a bit of editing and 3D rendering, I know this as I had one last week :P. You won't need an aftermarket cooler as you can't overclock, however in the future you could get a Hyper 212 EVO as the stock one can get quite loud :D. If you don'y like the look of the motherboard you can pick any from within PCPartPicker and I would go with one with the H81 or B85 chipset in it, it's in the name normally. If you need any more help let me know :)

Really like this! If I don't get the SSD and save it for another time it would be right on my budget. Thank you!!!

I don't think the Athlon X4 860K is a good choice. My i5 2320 had beaten the thing up

This will work, although I own that motherboard and would never wish it on my worst enemy. Just avoid it.
