Alright here's my situation, I'm an 18 year old, I don't have a car, and I'll continue studying on September of next year, so I figured while I'm home not doing anything, I'd find a job online.

And I'm here asking you where can I find a good job, that pays decently, I'm not looking for major cash, just something to buy my teenager needs. Thanks

There is no such thing as a good job available online that pays well. Otherwise we'd all do that job.

Unless you're a programmer/web developer/artist/whatever else, it's not gonna happen. And even if you are, you're going to need a lot to actually get any money from it.

Like I said, I don't need major cash, just something fairly decent, like 500$ ish a month or something similar

If you're asking here, and in such a manner, I'm not convinced you really intend to work.

What do you mean?

Your own business that is around computer (basically web developer / software developer / graphic designer).

The problem is that you'll, at best, making a few dollars here and there. Probably you'll make more money doing IT at this stage, but you need to travel to people places, be really good at it, and no matter how stupid something is, you always act professional, and make your client feel comfortable, and not stupid/idiotic.

If you are talented software developer, you might get away working for a small company part time (8-16h a week) in your area. You won't be working all the time from home, and you have no guaranty on this (so this is something to make clear after they pick you, BEFORE signing anything), You'll have to come to meetings, you'll need to show up most of the time at work. But you'll have not only the flexibility of working from home at time, but also pause work for school (for example, not being able to come for 1-2 weeks for exams). Of course, most work place would expect that (again make it clear before signing anything, but after tour interview and they pick you), so they know what to expect. Wage would be quite low for a developers, because you would be seen from the company eyes as: high risk. (don't have a degree, will you fit in the company culture, will you be genuinely interested in your job, are you actually good or another engineer needs to come and redo your work, etc).
