So, basically, in total in your country their build would cost more than the two above, or?  Is there like a set store that's online that you are buying from?

Ya, it's what everyone does.

The two above (option 1 & 2) is the exact price. Not really a set store, but they dun discount easily, since the shop already  offer better price than others.

Honestly, if he's playing more GPU extensive games for the next 2 generations then the one I gave you would be more than enough if it is around the price of option 2 as it has more power in that area.  However, that 390 > 970, so if you wanna keep the price down then go with option 1 as that 390 is more powerful, but the 980ti performs around the same as a titan x.  The store you linked has weird prices for certain parts.

CPU Intel Core i5-6600 3.3GHz Quad-Core Processor $249.00

Motherboard  Asus H170-PRO ATX LGA1151 Motherboard $159.00

Memory Team Elite 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR4-2400 Memory $59.00

Storage  A-Data Premier Pro SP600 256GB 2.5" Solid State Drive $109.00

Case Aerocool Aero-1000 ATX Mid Tower Case $88.00

Power Supply  Corsair RM 750W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply $169.00

Optical Drive Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer $25.00

Total: $1686.00

So I tried to build the 980 ti. I think this should be good for the 1440p monitor. What do you think?
