PC restarting

Hi! My gaming pc has done something really strange for a long time now; it restarts randomly after 10-40 min but never when I play games in fullscreen mode, I can play CS GO for 5 hours straigt without a problem but after ~30 min of homework or just skyping it crashes. This is really annoying please help me fix this/figure out whats causing the problem and just ask if you need more info ( I´m not that experienced with computers so I dont really know what you guys need to know).

Make sure all of your drivers are up to date

Do you see any errors in the event logs after the crash? If you don't know what I'm talking about wait for the next crash, upon the next boot search "Event Viewer" in the start menu and open the exe >> Once it is open expand window logs in the left pane and then select system >> Tell me if you see any warnings / errors in the right side

OK I've done that, the problem is that I'm swedish and have windows in swedish but I'll try to translate as good as I can. Theres no critical loggs but there are a lot of "error" loggs (too many to write).

It happend again, the only events i see with the right time are something with power and something about unexpected shutdown
