Non-Modular has non removable cables that are attached to the PSU. This means you can't remove unnecessary ones, get shorter cables, or different styles.
Semi-Modular has removable cables, except for the essential ones such as the 24-pin.
Modular has completely removable cables, allowing you to completely customise.
