So I bought a 980 ti Hydro copper and when running that my pc won't boot, when running onboard GPU I can see the card in device manager. But when in the device manager I get Error 43.
I've tried about everything,
installed drivers,
different PCIE slots,
changed boot to UEFI (from Legacy+UEFI),
Tried the card in a second PC (A 2011 socket MB),
different PSU (Silverpower 750 PSU),

clean windows 8.1 install.

I first thought it was the card, but this is the second card i get (the first I RMA), but the problem continues.
Ofc it could be just two busted cards, but then I would be really unlucky.

My system:
i7 3770 CPU
MSI Z77A-G45 MB
16 GB Kingston HyperX RAM
Two SSD's
Two HDD's
RM 750 PSU

Did you check the BIOS to make sure SecureBoot isnt turned on. I have heard this happen with several people with 980Ti's. Based on the manufacturer, windows doesn't recognize 980Ti's and will prevent it from working.

My MB doesn't have SecureBoot as far as I can find
